Raj Components was established in 1993 as a family-run business by father-and-son duo Thakur Hasija and Rajesh Hasija. From the beginning, the company focused on serving industrial electrical requirements with practical engineering, responsive service and a willingness to build around the customer's application.
Today, under the leadership of Rajesh Hasija, Proprietor, Raj Components manufactures a broad range of custom industrial resistors and load-bank solutions, with particular experience in AC drive-related applications.
What continues to distinguish the business is its combination of technical quality and direct customer support. Requirements are approached case by case, allowing resistance values, power ratings, dimensions, mounting arrangements, cooling methods and enclosures to be customized to suit the application.

Thakur “Daddy” Parsram Hasija

Thakur “Daddy” Parsram Hasija was more than a guiding presence — he was instrumental in establishing Raj Components alongside his son, Rajesh Hasija. His experience, discipline and steady involvement helped shape the company during its formative years and provided the foundation on which the business continues to grow.
With more than six decades of experience in accounts and finance, Thakur Hasija brought sound judgement and consistency to the business. He handled finance and accounts, supported day-to-day operations and played an important role in managing the workforce of Raj Components.
Thakur Hasija passed away on 26 January 2026. His presence is deeply missed, but the principles, resilience and commitment he brought to Raj Components remain part of the company's identity. His legacy continues through the values and work of the business he helped build.
